Management

Establishes the Strategic Direction of TOP DRIVE SAS to ensure its market presence, customer satisfaction, and leadership commitment to the QMS. Ensures the establishment of the quality policy and commitment to quality policy and objectives at all levels of TOP DRIVE SAS, aligned with its context and strategic direction. Facilitates the development of the internal audit program and the QMS Review by the Management and its team of Directors.

HSEQ

Leads the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Quality Management System by:
  • Controlling documented information.
  • Promoting timely and effective implementation of corrective, preventive, and improvement actions.
  • Promoting effective management of risks and opportunities.
  • imely attention to Requests, Complaints, Claims, and Compliments (RCCC) from the interested parties of the QMS.
  • Ensuring the development of the Quality Internal Audit Program prepared by the General Management.

Administrative

Ensures that administrative activities within the system are efficient and effective, aligned with the company’s strategic and quality objectives.

Sales and Marketing

Ensures the commercialization of products distributed by brands represented by TOP DRIVE SAS, promoting profitability and market growth.

Human Resources

Manages the incorporation and retention of duly qualified and trained personnel to work as a team and facilitate communication within the organization.

Projects and Services

Develops and executes engineering facilities, services, and control panels to meet the needs of internal and external customers of TOP DRIVE SAS.

Logistics

Manages storage and timely delivery of finished products to our customers.

Purchasing

Ensures that all goods and inventory necessary for business operations are available in the company’s warehouse in a timely manner, with the best quality and cost.

Marketing

Provides market information, obtained from the CRM, to the supply chain processes so that it can be used for closing deals and continuous improvement. Likewise, measures customer satisfaction, prepares reports, and provides feedback to the organization’s processes on their results.

Finance

Receives, systematically classifies, manages, and serves as a source of information for all business, tax, and financial operations of Top Drive SAS.
